HOME WORK- Read the chapter and write new words, meaning and sentences , word galaxy and find the answers of the questions of Ex 1 & 2 .

Meaning and sentences- 

1) Accomplishment-  something done or finished successfully

Sent- Being the first one in my family to graduate from college is an accomplishment that I'm very proud of.

2) Piteous-  of a kind to move to pity or compassion. 

Sent-  He made a piteous , frightened face and bent down. ..

3) Battered-damaged or worn down by hard use.

Sent- The town has been battered by high winds for days.

4) Wretched -unhappy or extremely sad  

Sent- The slums were filled with poor, wretched children.

5) Flitted- to move, pass, or fly quickly from one place or thing to another 

Sent- Hummingbirds flitted from flower to flower..
